Kenwood Hall, Sheffield
The Kenwood Hall boasts a top location amid 12 acres of green parkland which includes trees and lakes, and yet is just a mile from Sheffield’s city centre. The hotel, formerly the Sheffield Marriott, is partly traditional and partly modern depending on the area you are in. The conference facilities show a more up-to-date side, while other areas offer a glimpse of the structure’s past. Chateau Saint Just
The Chateau Saint Just was one of the first venues from the group to be opened on non-UK soil and takes up an ideal position just outside the French capital, Paris. It does, however, fit in well with the traditional and stylish nature of many of the group’s other venues with its castle-like structure and its modern facilities. The hotel is ideal for conferences thanks to its extensive facilities which cover 2,000 square metres of floor space. It is located in a peaceful and tranquil part of France, approximately 45 minutes outside the centre of Paris and around 25 minutes from the Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Beaumont House, Old Windsor
A striking country estate on the outskirts of Windsor, Beaumont House merges the needs of a grand conference venue and a weekend break destination. On joining the Principal-Hayley group Beaumont House underwent a substantial refurbishment to bring the facilities up to date. At present the hotel offers 330 plush bedrooms ideal for business or leisure guests and a staggering 75 event suites, and the hotel is continuing so expand both accommodation and conference facilities.  Beaumont House is found in the scenic surroundings of Old Windsor, less than three miles from the regal town of Windsor. Family days out at Legoland or Chessington World of adventures are only a short drive away, and Heathrow Airport is also within easy reach.

The Selsdon Park Hotel, South Croydon
The Selsdon Park Hotel is a beautifully restored historic estate in Surrey, with 200 comfortable and well-appointed standard or executive rooms. Its acres and acres of peaceful grounds are far removed from the smoke and noise of London, which is only 13 miles north of the hotel. The parkland also holds the Selsdon Park’s own Golf Club and 18-hole course, making the hotel a very popular destination for weekend breaks.
